Thu 25^th Sep After your arrival at our Finca, we will take time to get to know each other, followed by a small walk to get to familiar with the immediate surroundings. Dinner together in the evening.

Fri 26^th Sep We'll start the day with a silent walk in the beautiful jungle settings followed by breakfast. Today we'll be meeting our ceremony master and medicine woman, Julie, who will explain everything about the ceremony, the preparation and the post- ceremony process. She'll answer any questions you might have.

Yoga practice in the afternoon. Meditation with Julie.

Dinner together followed by a campfire, weather permitting.

Sat 27^th Sep Start the day with a silent walk followed by a late, light fruit breakfast, which will be the last meal of the day before fasting. We'll practice yoga and meditation during the day, before we leave late afternoon for the ceremony in Manzanillo, where we'll be spending the night.

Sun 28^th Sep After awakening you'll enjoy a healthy, organic fruit breakfast, where you'll have the opportunity to exchange your experience (if you like) or talk to Julie in privat. When everyone is ready, we'll drive home where you'll spend the rest of the day relaxing and being able to reflect on the ceremony. We'll end the day with dinner together.

Mon 29^th Sep After a refreshing nights sleep, we'll meet for a yoga session and enjoy a healthy breakfast before starting out to our excursion to Punta Uva, one of the worlds most beautiful beaches. We'll return home to enjoy dinner.

Tue 30^th Sep Start the day with a silent walk followed by a late, light fruit breakfast, which will be the last meal of the day before fasting. We'll practice yoga and meditation during the day, before we leave late afternoon for the 2nd ceremony in Manzanillo, where we'll again be spending the night.

Wed 1^st Oct After awakening, You'll  have time to reflect on your experience and share your experience or discuss it with Julie. The rest of the day will be spent at the Finca, where you can relax and reflect in peace and quiet.      Dinner together.

Thu 2^nd Oct We'll enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out to Cahuita National Park for a wonderful hike in pristine nature. End the day with a caribbean dinner in Cahuita.

Fri 3^rd Oct After a healthy breakfast you'll be leaving for San Jose, or if you like, extend your stay with us and relax further into nature.

• Casa Rustica - a cozy little jungle - house
• Rondavel - a privately located small house 3 minutes walk to the mainhouse
• Two apartments at the main house

Everyone will have his own space - no shared accommodations at this retreat :-)

Each accommodation has its own bathroom and kitchen!

There is a discount of $ 100 for occupancy of the apartments.

The houses are located alone and are larger - the apartments are directly next to the seminar room but also really nice with a beautiful view.

Rooms are allocated according to the order of registration.

Depending on the weather situation, we may have to change excursions etc. flexibly.
